Last weekend we went to the StrongFirst Open Day and the Summit of Strength in Italy.
Coach David is on stage with Teachers of Strength from all over the world: From Brazil to the US, UK, Poland, Croatia, Germany, Hungary, France, Italy and a dozen other countries.
On the Open Day coaches were teaching StrongFirst skills to hundreds of strength enthusiasts, while the day after, on the Summit of Strength coaches learned from world class experts about the latest research results in sports science, in depth methods of programming, how adapt strength training for every need and much more.
It is an honour to be a part of such a strong community - next year we'll make a StrengthLab field trip for the event!
