Massive shout outs to Sharon smashing 120kg for 4 reps, Olivia for hitting 120kg for 1 rep and Chris and Pedro toying with 210kg for 2 reps 👏 Absolute machines.

A lot of people think joining a gym is just about losing weight or getting fitter.

But honestly… the biggest thing we see people gain here is confidence, routine, friendships, and feeling like themselves again.

Some people arrive nervous and barely speak.
A few months later they’re laughing through sessions, pushing themselves harder than ever, and helping others do the same.

That’s what community does.
