Half-kneeling single arm press

Looks simple… works everything.

By taking one knee down and one arm at a time, you’re forced to:
✔ Stay stable through your core
✔ Keep your torso upright
✔ Press without relying on momentum
✔ Build balanced strength side to side

Key things to focus on:
• Front foot flat, back glute engaged
• Ribs down — don’t overarch
• Press straight overhead with control

It’s not about going heavy.
It’s about control, stability, and moving well.

Lighter evenings are back

Training after work suddenly feels a bit easier - brighter, warmer, and a good way to reset after the day.

It’s a great time to stay consistent, make the most of those longer evenings, and enjoy the routine.

WOD Maths: The True Challenge After a WOD

You’ve just survived 20 minutes of burpees, wall balls, and double-unders… and now, the hardest part begins:

🔥 Adding up your score.

Was that 6 rounds or 7? 🤔
12 + 15 + 21 + wait… where was I? 😵
Did I count that last rep, or was I hallucinating?
Why did I choose a sport that requires fitness AND maths?!
Honestly, WOD Maths should count as a second workout. Who else needs a calculator and a lie down after scoring their workout?
