To the untrained eye, they’re bruises. To us, they’re proof of dedication! 🤍

Strength in pole & aerial isn’t about going all out once — it’s about showing up again and again. 🤍

One missed class won’t erase your progress. But staying in the game, even when your motivation dips? That’s where the magic happens.

If you’re someone who sprints and then disappears, meet that pattern with compassion. Real growth is built on steady steps, not bursts of fire.

This week, keep it simple:
• Schedule ahead
• Add one extra practice
• Show up anyway

Slow commitment > short-lived intensity. Every time. ✨

✨ Teacher Tuesday: Meet Kirsty! ✨

From building a loft studio during lockdown to hosting epic pole nights with friends, Kirsty turned her love for movement into teaching magic! 💕

Friendly, funny, and full of laughs (because we all need a giggle while we push our limits 😂), she’s all about helping people find confidence through pole.

Fave move: Baby Jade 🌀
Pole style: Sensual & spinny
Fun facts: Secret raver forever 🎶 + 3 kitties 🐾

Her advice? “You don’t need to be confident, strong, or flexible to start — just start. The rest comes with practice!”

Catch her classes:
🖤 Beginners/Improvers: Thursday 20:35-21:35
🖤 Sensual Slow Flow: First Sunday of the Month 15:25-16:25

Follow her journey ✨

Exhausted? Yes. But watch me serve it up anyway! 😂✨

Persistence looks good on you 🩵

When you signed up, you cast a vote for a version of yourself — not perfect, not fearless, just someone who shows up.

Confidence is built in the doing. Every time you walk through the studio doors, you reinforce: I am someone who does hard things.

This week, reflect — who did you hope to become when you started?

Start calm. Start intentional. 🩵
