Join us for a deeply relaxing evening of floor-based Yin Yoga followed by a soothing sound journey with crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes and Tingsha bells.
A chance to slow down, release tension and step into the weekend feeling a little lighter.

I’m Wendy, a Senior Yoga Teacher in Bromley, teaching at the beautiful . My classes blend mindful movement, strength, breath, a little philosophy, modern movement methods… and the occasional giggle when we wobble together.
Whether you’re brand new, experienced, or a fellow teacher, you’ll find challenge, choice, and space to explore your practice in a way that feels genuine to you.

✨ Ready to slow down and reset as we move into spring? ✨
Join me for a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga & Sound Bath as we honour the Spring Equinox - the moment of perfect balance between light and dark.
Our theme for the evening is Letting Go into Spring.
We’ll begin with a gentle, floor-based Yin practice, giving the body time to soften and gently release layers of tension while encouraging stagnant energy to move.
From there, you’ll settle into a soothing sound journey with crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes and Tingsha bells, allowing the nervous system to unwind and deeply restore.
The Spring Equinox is a beautiful moment to pause, reflect, and release what no longer serves, creating space for fresh energy as a new season begins.
🌿 Expect to leave feeling lighter, calmer, and gently reset for the season ahead.

✨ Slow Flow & Restore - a midweek reset for body and mind ✨
This slower-paced class blends Hatha yoga with mindful transitions, giving you time to connect with your breath while building steady strength, improving flexibility and releasing tension from the body.
The practice finishes with guided relaxation, meditation, or the soothing sound of crystal bowls, helping you leave feeling grounded, calm and restored.
Suitable for all levels. The pace is unhurried and supportive, but the practice can still be quietly strengthening.
You’re very welcome whether you join in person or online.
