🌍WORLD SQUASH DAY🌍
part two

For the second half of our squash day activities, our two juniors, Lachlan and Ahmad, were joined by 7 juniors from Haslingden squash club!

Then, after being split into a team of 4 and a team of 5, the juniors played tournaments with some fab battles for points and wins.

Hana came top of group A and Lachlan came top of group B!

Fingers crossed this might be the start of more opportunities for cross-club playing between our juniors.

A huge thanks to Jonny, Matt and Ron for their organisation and involvement in helping the day run smoothly - today wouldn’t have happened without you! And thank you to Haslingden juniors and coaches for joining us🫶🏻

🌍WORLD SQUASH DAY🌍
part one

Today, St Peter’s celebrated World Squash Day with our wonderful teens!

Our teens were split into small groups of 1-3 and each group had 30 mins of gameplay, and 30 mins of mini challenges, including longest rally, number of accurate serves / boasts / lengths etc in one minute, and a speed test for their swing.

All participants did brilliantly and we’re so proud of them for the enthusiasm and work that they put in on the court
