Here’s another game you can play at home with absolutely no experience or equipment to start building the foundational skills used in MMA 🔥

The rules are so simple, both players try to tap their partners chest and shoulders to develop boxing timing and a sense of range, and at any point either player tries lock their hands around their partners torso or one of their legs. If a connection is made, break, reset and go again ✅

For the first 3 games, you don’t need any equipment at all, just grab somebody who is willing to play them with you and get to work. Don’t overthink your ‘technique’, allow your body to find its natural rhythm and timing 🤙

All three have put the graft in and have levelled up considerably since the fights got confirmed 🚀

I’m sure everyone at the gym will have trained with these lads throughout the camp, so let’s get behind them as they all make their MMA debuts this weekend 🙏
