November 2nd, 1401: The Battle of Twtil in Caernarfon - this was apparently the first time that Owain used the ‘Golden Dragon’ of Uther Pendragon as his battle flag.

This is usualy a fantastic event I have attenden many times, hoping to be there again this year. If you have never been, come along and enjoy one of the best events in North Wales.

Some pics from the heritage fair in Holyhead. We will be in Caernarfon Castle this coming weekend. Come along and see us.
Perhaps dress up as a knight or princess, if you are child or have a look at the medievel wepons in ourdisplay.
We may even let you hold one for a photo. But be were the exicutioner, he may want your head on the block.
Our friends from Red Dragon archers will be there to, giving you the poertunity to have a go at archery.

Seen them dance at Caernarfon castle last September. They were briliant, we are hoping they will come back again this year
