It was another valuable opportunity to take a look at some new faces, continue integrating our returning players, and keep building those all-important partnerships across the pitch. It was also brilliant to welcome our supporters back ahead of what promises to be an exciting new season.

A tough afternoon against an excellent young Ipswich U21s side, with plenty of positives to take and lots of lessons learned as we continue our preparations.

A huge thank you to Ipswich for making the trip and providing such a competitive and worthwhile pre-season fixture. We wish them all the best for the season ahead.

A big thank you to Newmarket for hosting us and providing a great first run-out of pre-season in familiar surroundings.

It was a tough workout in the heat, with a number of trialists and new additions to the squad getting valuable minutes alongside our returning players. Most importantly, it gave us the chance to start embedding the style of football we want to play this season and begin building those all-important match minutes.

It was also brilliant to see our supporters back on the sidelines as we kick off another exciting campaign. Thank you for your continued support—we can't wait to see you all again soon!
