📣 We’re hiring in the Cambridge area at Oak Activities

We are expanding our team and are looking for dedicated, compassionate staff who can build positive relationships and support pupils through high quality 1:1 and small group sessions.

At Oak Activities, we work with young people who may be experiencing medical needs, emotional wellbeing challenges, or barriers to accessing mainstream education. Our aim is always to help pupils reconnect with learning, rebuild confidence and move forward with purpose.

Our Cambridge provisions include:

• Comberton Secondary – Supporting young people with medical needs and emotional wellbeing challenges who require a nurturing environment to re-engage with education. Our experienced team provides 1:1 and paired tuition across KS3 and GCSE subjects, working therapeutically to build resilience and support transitions back into school.

• Chesterton Primary – Our Cambridge-based primary provision supporting younger pupils who need additional help reconnecting with learning through personalised, supportive sessions.
We currently have opportunities across both sites, including:

• Teacher • Tutor / Learning Support Assistant • Trainee roles
