September 10th is World Su***de Prevention Day, and today we are joining the initiative with Sealand Seahawks / Sealand Sports to help promote mental health awareness and su***de prevention.

On average in England the male su***de rate is 11.1 people per 100,000, with males having an average of 17.0 people per 100,000. On average, just over 11 men a day in England take their own life. If you can help just one person the world will become a better place.

You don’t have to face it alone, send a 🍍 to someone today.
