This year we will be raising money for Imagine This a UK charity dedicated to supporting the mental wellbeing of seriously ill children and their families

⚠️ Why pick one sport when they can learn the foundations for ALL of them?!

🏃‍♂️ Lets be honest, young children don’t need to be the next football star or rugby pro they just need to learn how to move, have fun and burn off that endless energy!

🚀 At Mini Athletics, we don’t focus on one single sport. Why? Because early childhood development isn’t about specialisation - it’s about building fundamental movement skills

Our fun, imaginative games teach the three vital blocks of all sports:

🏃‍♂️ Running (speed and agility)
✨ Jumping (balance and coordination)
🔵 Throwing (hand-eye coordination)

⭐️ The physical confidence our classes develop in 1-8 year olds sets them up for life!

Our weekly end of class podium celebrations are a great way for athletes to build confidence and pride and also to celebrate the achievements of others 👏🏻
