Following an impressive performance at the World Triathlon Championship Series in London, Michael Gar heads to Poland this weekend to compete at the Europe Triathlon Sprint Championships. We're excited to see Michael back in action and wish him the very best of luck! ๐Ÿ’ช

Meanwhile, Matthew Wright and Fynn Armstrong will both be competing at the Central America and Caribbean Games, representing on another international stage. A fantastic opportunity for both athletes, and we'll be cheering them on every step of the way.

It's a big day in Porthcawl this Sunday as the Welsh National Aquathlon Championships take place at Porthcawl Triathlon Club Aquathlon. ๐ŸŠ๐Ÿƒ Athletes will take on a sprint-distance course featuring a 750m point-to-point sea swim from Coney Beach to the Harbour Slip, followed by a fast and exciting run. With national titles up for grabs, it's set to be a fantastic day of racing. Best of luck to everyone competing, we can't wait to see how it unfolds! ๐Ÿ’ช

Also taking place this weekend is GV70.Tri, hosted by Port Talbot Harriers. Designed to be friendly and welcoming for athletes of all abilities, it's the perfect event for anyone taking on the longer distance for the first time. Better still, all profits from the event are donated to local charities and good causes across Neath Port Talbot. Good luck to everyone taking part! ๐ŸŒŸ

The weekend also sees the inaugural Aberavon Surf Lifesaving Club Junior Aquathlon, delivered in partnership with Port Talbot Harriers and Aberavon Surf Lifesaving Club. As the penultimate round of this year's Welsh Junior Race Series, every point counts as athletes battle for the series standings ahead of the final event. Pob lwc to all athletes taking part in the third race of the Parc Bryn Bach Aquathlon series tomorrow ๐ŸŠ

Set in the beautiful surroundings of the Welsh valleys, the race comprises a 750m lake swim followed by two laps of the lake, totalling 5k for a nice flat run. A fun, friendly and relaxed mid-week event. Good luck to all racing! ๐Ÿ‘

Llongyfarchiadau i athletwyr Cymru ๐Ÿ‘ The stunning backdrop of Eryri provided the perfect setting for the Welsh National Aquabike Championships on 26 July โ›ฐ๏ธ

Athletes took on the iconic Snowman course, battling through a challenging open-water swim and mountain bike route in pursuit of national championship medals and Tรฎm Tri Cymru qualification.
