We are currently busy writing this years SWPDL Cup Final Programme - we have space for at least one advertisement should anyone be interested. A full (A5) page advertisement within the programme would be £35 - or half a page would be £20. DM us if you would like to have your business or organisation advertised!

And with that, our final game of 2025-26 is around the corner with the SWPDL Cup Final between newcomers and current holders . What a game we have in store at . The annual Presentation Evening will be held at the same venue, from 7pm. The voting form will be issued in due course.

With the SWPDL Title decided, attention turns to the SWPDL Cup, with last-years finalists and holders facing off for the right to play next month. Barry have had Exiles number in their last five encounters, but in a semi-final anything could happen!

A massive congratulations to who beat in Llanelli yesterday to take the SWPDL title for the first time! Commiserations to Barry who pushed them all the way, but they can now turn their attention to the SWPDL Cup Semi-Final next week.

And the Championship comes down to one final game on Sunday! Jumpers for Goalposts must avoid defeat to claim a maiden title, whilst reigning champions have to win to make it back-to-back titles. With their previous meeting ending in a 3-3 draw, this will be an amazing game of football.

Exiles Dragons travelled to Llanrhystud on Sunday and came away with all three points against Jumpers for Goalposts as they completed their league campaign and gave Jumpers their first league defeat. All to play for next week between Jumpers and Barry, who will win the title?
