This is our founders story.
A glimpse behind the scenes of what goes into creating an event like Full Send, what we stand for, and how it all began.
From a simple idea and a big gamble, to thousands of athletes coming together through a shared love of fitness, community, and pushing their limits.
This is how Full Send was born.
Its important to mention here not of this would be possible without the help of our amazing volunteers ❤️
Our first ever Kids Full Send HYROX in Cardiff… and what a day 💙
Seeing so many children pushing themselves, encouraging each other, smiling through the tough moments and crossing that finish line with pride was honestly incredible.
In a world full of screens and distractions, it’s so important for kids to have something active to work towards.
A goal. A challenge. A reason to train, move and build confidence in themselves.
Events like this aren’t just about fitness, they teach resilience, teamwork, discipline and self belief while making exercise FUN.
Massive well done to every child who took part and to all the parents cheering them on 👏
Cardiff was special… and we’re already coming back bigger for Kids Full Send 3.0 🚀

🚨 VOLUNTEERS WANTED – FULL SEND 3.0 🚨
After the atmosphere and energy in Cardiff, we’re looking to build another epic volunteer team for the next event 👊
If you want to be part of the day, help behind the scenes and experience the madness up close, we’d love to have you involved 💙
📍 Full day shift
As a thank you you’ll receive:
✔️ Free ticket to a future Full Send event
OR
✔️ £50 merch voucher if you don’t want a ticket
✔️ Meal from one of our vendors on the day
From athlete check in, marshalling, hydration stations, hype squad duties and helping keep the event flowing… volunteers are a massive part of what makes these events special 🙌
