🚨 COMP UPDATE 🚨

We’re now bringing BOTH divisions together for one HUGE day of competition on Sunday 14th June 🔥

With both the Everyday & Intermediate divisions competing together, the atmosphere is going to be unreal — bigger crowds, more energy, and an even better competition environment 💪

That also means spaces are now LIMITED:
⚡ Only a few Intermediate spots left
⚡ We still want more Everyday teams to jump in

The Everyday division is perfect for anyone newer to competing — expect lighter weights, no high-skill gymnastics, and fun workouts that will still challenge and test your fitness.

Our Intermediate division is designed for those with a bit more CrossFit experience or anyone wanting more of a challenge. Expect moderate barbell weights, heavier wall balls, some basic rig work, and workouts that are tough but still very achievable with 1–2 years of CrossFit behind you. And if only one partner is stronger at gymnastics, you’ll still be able to work through the workouts together 💪

Expect fun workouts, great vibes, cash prizes for the winners 💰 and loads of extra prizes throughout the day 👀

Workouts will be released late next week… so now’s the time to grab your partner and get signed up before it sells out.
