Did you know that just one extra Pilates session at home each week can make a real difference to your strength, mobility and progress?
We have a range of small Pilates equipment available at the studio to help you keep moving between classes and while you're away on your summer holidays:

🔹 Soft Pilates Balls
🔹 Resistance Bands
🔹 Pilates Weights
🔹 Soft grip hand weights
We'll even give you a few simple exercises to add to your home Pilates routine, so you can continue building strength and confidence between sessions.
Whether you're heading off on holiday or simply want to get a little more Pilates into your week, these small pieces of equipment are easy to use, easy to pack, and can make your workouts even more effective.

We’re so excited to welcome two new instructors to the Portland Pilates team ✨
Both Kath & Natasha are skilled movers themselves and highly trained instructors who fit perfectly with our calm, clinical, quality-focused style.
🖤 Kath will be teaching Thursdays at 9.05am — the perfect start to your day.
🖤 Natasha will be running Intro Sessions Thursdays at 5:30pm for the next 3 weeks — ideal if you’re new to Pilates or want to ease back in.
And if you need that Thursday evening movement fix before the long weekend… Natasha is teaching a Mixed Level 6:30pm session 🙌
