Newsletter March 2026: Timetable & salad recipe🥗 Well there is finally light at the end of the winter tunnel. The clocks change this weekend, an hour less in bed however it means summer is on its way and longer days are here.

✨ Happy New Year! ✨

I hope you’ve had a cosy, joy-filled festive break.
The studio doors are about to fling back open for 2026 🎉 and honestly, it feels good to return to routine and settle back into ourselves again.

January can be a bit loud with “NEW YEAR, NEW ME!” energy (hello to all the runners charging up the hill this morning whilst I was walking the dog 🐕 🏃‍♀️😄). But give it a couple of weeks and that momentum often fizzles. For me, January is still a time to restore and nurture.

Ease yourself back into rhythm. Add small changes if you need to. There’s no rush. When the days grow longer and brighter, we tend to have a much better chance of succeeding. So use this time to gently prepare, reflect, and plan what you’d love 2026 to bring 🌱

Well here we are at the end of the year… where has it gone?

It’s hard to believe that January 2026 will mark 10 years since I first opened the doors to Reform Studio. What began as a vision has grown into a space filled with movement, strength, laughter, and an incredible sense of community.

For some of you, you’ve been there since day one — trusting me, supporting the studio, and growing alongside it from the very beginning. For others, you may have joined us more recently, and I’m just as grateful that our paths have crossed.

This studio has always been about more than Pilates. It’s about showing up for yourself, finding balance, building resilience, the banter and feeling supported — both on and off the reformer or barre. Watching you move, progress, recover, and celebrate milestones (big and small) is what continues to inspire me every single day.

As we head into a new year, I want to say thank you — for your commitment, your energy, and for being such an important part of the Reform community.

I’m so proud of what we’ve built together and excited for what the next chapter will bring.

The studio is now closed and will reopen Saturday 3rd January 2026 😊

My favourite comedian sharing her “joy” of why Pilates is more than just a workout. It works intricately and at a deep level. It’s not necessarily about banging up and down on the reformer, it’s about control, connection & technique to make it effective.

I’ve had the joy of seeing Celeste live - would highly recommend 😂.

All classes are 50minutes in duration & small groups.

Barre is a fan all over workout using hand weights, ballet moves and fantastic abs to ensure no muscle is left behind. Honestly you have not done a good barre class until you’ve tried this one!

Reformer is a Pilates piece of equipment that works on springs & pulleys. Don’t be fooled by the fact that you may get to lie down for some of the class, every movement will have a core connection. Props such as balls, bands & circles can be used within this class for added bonus. 😁

Burn, now this class does exactly what it says on the tin….using weights and moves that can be found in a Pilates class we challenge those muscles to work, to strengthen and tone. 💪
