The gym will be closed this evening for all sessions, after a long weekend organising and running the show all coaches need a rest! Sessions resume as normal from tomorrow 🥊

Well done to Mason smith on Saturday with his first defence of the western counties belt, a back and forth bout against a game opponent, but Mason dug in and got the win!! Onto the next, Git up a kings boy 👌🏼🥊🕺

Great evening a boxing with the team yesterday! First up was Ewan making his debut, Ewan boxed well listened to instruction and got the job done. With a unanimous win! Next up was Alfie who started the first round boxing well, made it harder work then it needed to be in the second but still won the round, re adjusted in the 3rd to also come away with a unanimous win! Last up was Kieran who started strong landed some great shots on his opponent with the ref having to step in and give a count, Kieran got a bit over excited and while he was straight back on the lad with heavy blows after the count but unfortunately walked onto a good punch that put him down and the ref waved off the bout! He will come again and like we always say you never lose in this sport you only learn! 2 out of 3 for the kings boys!! Up the Kings 🥊🥊

Please note the change made to the timetable, Fridays session is now on a Thursday, also the Tuesday Junior session is for advanced boxers by invite only.
