Summer Solstice Celebration ☀️
A bit of a yoga tradition - and certainly an OrangeYoga one. Come and celebrate the longest day of the year with us!
This year Lex and Imogen are hosting a free yoga flow in Pittville Park - uplifting movement, sun salutations, juicy stretches and plenty of laughter, on the grass in front of the Pump Rooms.
If you like, stay after for a Solstice Brunch picnic - berry compote, Greek yogurt, homemade granola and orange juice.

The very meaning of the word Yoga is connection or even relationship.
In class we are building a relationship with our bodies, emotions, minds and the people around us.
Thank you for doing that with us.
Simon Sinek wrote that community is a group of people that grow together.
I’d definitely call this a community :)
Thanks for being part of it.
Very happy Christmas.
