We offer mixed ability yoga classes in person and online and once you’re paid up you can attend as many as you like! A bargain, don’t you think?!

The Saturday evening get together was great fun 🤩 At one point we had 50 people in our hall; chatting, catching up, meeting new people and re-connecting with old friends. It was fab!
