I have been a personal trainer for almost seven years in the Flintshire area and run weekly circuit classes in Northop.
I am also a fully qualifed pre and post natal coach and PhD student studying the experiences of pregnant women exercising.

Thank you to my amazing body for carrying and growing another baby 🌹 I can’t believe it’s June already and I’m due in August - time seems to be going so slow but so fast at the same time so here’s to soaking up every minute of growing you 🤍

A pretty standard example of what I eat in a day !! ❤️
Honestly this is what I would eat pre pregnancy too and I’m super lucky that all my food aversions went away around week 15/16 so I’ve been able to carry on as normal the past few months 😋
I’m not tracking I just know through my years & years of tracking & being a coach that this is around maintenance for me and no extra cals are needed in preg until the 3rd trimester which means from now on I get an extra 200 a day 😋

0 weeks preg & 12 months postpartum after Franks ➡️ 26 weeks preggo with second baby 🤍
Looooooving my training still & now I’m almost in the third trimester the pelvic floor & core workouts will be upped even more ready for August 💫
Kinda excited to get past 1 year PP with my training and see what that’s like 😂💪🏽
