What a great weekend for Chichester!

On Saturday one of our Juniors Lewis won Gold at the Higham and Rushden club championships

And then on Sunday at the Sussex Trials.

Chloe injured in her only fight against a heavier player. But Gold in her weight category.

Congratulations to
Graeme Skelly of Chichester Ronin JC has recently been appointed as a BJA Senior Examiner — a significant achievement that reflects his long-standing dedication to the sport. This appointment means that club members and visitors can now undertake theory examinations up to 3rd Dan without needing to go outside the club.

In other news,

Patrick, our adaptive Judoka went on an Adaptive training day at the Olympic training centre in Birmingham and gave a talk about his goals with Judo and hopefully one day, opening the door for a Cerebral Palsy category in the Paralympics.
