Saturday is wittering versus arundel from 1pm bar open from 12.30pm
Sunday is the annual rounders comp great community event from 10.30am. Bar will be open serving alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks teas/coffees so come down and support the local community😎 we look forward to seeing you all

The week ahead at Selsey Cricket Club

Saturday 8th, 1pm: Wittering vs Arundel. The bar opens at 12:30pm.

Sunday, August 9th: Beer & Rounders and Family Day 2026.

Selsey Cricket & Social Clubs: Famous Beer Rounders and Family Day.

We’re looking for more stall holders for food, craft, charity and bouncy castle stalls.

Stalls are free but we ask for a donation to the club.

Location: Recreation Ground, Sunday, August 9th, 2026, from 10:30 am.

We also need more teams to register, although we’re happy to take teams on the day.

We hope people share this event to get as many community members involved as teams or spectators.

Every team will play a minimum of two games. You can form your own team of seven, book a team or simply turn up on the day to watch and enjoy the games.

Selsey Cricket Club is situated at The Sir Patrick Moore Pavilion, Recreation Ground, High Street, Selsey, PO20 9BB. Car parking is available at the new Co-Op behind the fire station or at Selsey Medical Centre.

The ground opens at 10:30 and matches begin at 11:00 am.

The club house has a pay bar open all day until late, offering affordable alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to the public.

The Pavilion also hosts a Sir Patrick Moore 3D exhibition.

As always, we welcome volunteers of all sizes. Every little bit helps greatly in running the club, so please feel free to contact us if you think you can contribute.
