Spot a familiar face in the gym this week? 👀

British and Commonwealth Champion boxer Louie O'Doherty has been putting in his final preparations right here at Leisure World ahead of his huge fight this Saturday, 17th October!

He’s stepping into the ring at London’s 02 Arena to defend his titles against Michael Gomez Jr., and we couldn’t be prouder to see his journey happen under our roof.

The whole Leisure World team and Colchester community are right behind you, Louie! Bring it home! 🥊

A massive shoutout to Leisure World’s Tony Dale and Martin Spencer, who recently represented Great Britain at the World Triathlon Championships in Pontevedra! 🌟

With help from our Swim4Fitness sessions and Northern Gateway Cycle track, Tony and Martin used our facilities to help with their training and performance.

Martin finished 22nd in the Sprint Triathlon and Tony finished 19th in the Aquabike.

Congratulations! 🙌
