Designed for children aged 7–14 years, these fun and interactive sessions teach essential sea safety, helping young people understand how to stay safe while enjoying the beach.

For our Colchester swimmers, the closest location is Clacton, making it a great opportunity during the summer holidays.

While these sessions are not affiliated with or run by Colchester Swimming & Water Polo Club, we believe learning how to stay safe in and around open water is an invaluable life skill.
