Smashing through tonight’s BARBELLS class took pure grit and determination.
Those intense moves are definitely not for the faint-hearted, but pushing through the burn is where the magic happens. There is nothing quite like the feeling of empowerment that comes from lifting each other up and crushing a heavy session together.As G.D. Anderson beautifully said, “Feminism isn’t about making women stronger. Women are already strong, it’s about changing the way the world perceives that strength.”
Here is to a room full of powerful women owning their strength, rewriting their limits, and leaving it all on the floor tonight.

Tonight’s class reminded me that we really are stronger together. There is nothing quite like the energy of a room full of people slamming down hard on those trampolines and giving it 100%.
I’m not going to lie, those high knee hops were a challenge tonight! But like the absolute professionals we are, we soldiered on through every single beat. So proud of everyone who showed up and crushed it!

The amount of strength it takes to keep your hips tucked under working our core to the max whilst balancing a weight on your legs is so impressive to see. If you’re not putting that on your CV under skills you have, then you should 😆

Wow. Tonight’s class was next level! We took a massive stroll down memory lane with a playlist that brought back all the absolute best vibes. Singing along to those throwback anthems while sweating it out felt completely unbelievable.
Our jelly legs might be shaking right now, but they are going to be thanking us in a few days for all the incredible progress made from those squats.
