BTWB Just dropped a massive update. You can now add all the (VARIED NOT RANDOM) programs to you personal program for completely FREE!!
These programs have been designed to help all athletes of all levels, from beginner to advanced, work on and improve specific areas of their fitness.
Getting started is easy. Navigate to the drop down menu on the top left of your app, open the section called cycles and hit details. You can then gain access to the downloadable e-book or add the plan directly to your app.

Weightlifting 🏋🏻♂️
Our next 6 week block begins on Tuesday 2nd June.
These will run for 6 weeks every Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm.
All weightlifting classes are coach led and structured to help you progress. If you are learning weightlifting for the first time, or you want to improve and focus on your technique then drop us a message to sign up.

Battle Cancer Belfast - it’s ON. 🔥
We’re getting individuals together for a community day out, 27 June 2026 at the Eikon. A 90-minute hybrid fitness challenge : 9 Stations of max effort: 3 mins max reps / 2 mins rest / move to next station / 20 minute run to finish
Endurance Zone (Bike–Row–Ski)
Burn Zone (Box Jump Overs–Push-Ups–Sit-Ups)
Power Zone (Sandbags–Devil’s Press–Deadlifts)
