6 is back.

Cameron Hildreth returns to a Storm jersey for the first time since 2019, having gone from Sussex to four years at Wake Forest, the NBA G League and Spain’s Liga ACB.

After averaging 14.5 points, 3.9 assists, 3.4 rebounds and 1.5 steals across the G League regular season, Cameron earned an NBA Summer League opportunity with the Indiana Pacers, averaging 10 points in just 13.5 minutes across his two appearances and shooting 75% from the field and three.

As a junior with the programme he had 8 Final Four appearances, 4 National Titles, 2 Final Four MVPs, 2 National Cup Finals, a Cup title and MVP, plus a National Schools Final. He won junior titles alongside Max Gausden and Jarvis Chater, and another alongside Blaize Sagna.

After finishing the G League season, Cameron also spent time with Bàsquet Girona in Spain’s Liga ACB, one of the strongest domestic leagues in Europe.

Now, seven years after his last appearance for the programme, number 6 is back.

Cameron Hildreth Basketball Camp Day 1

Jarvis Chater returns to a Storm jersey this Sunday for the first time since 2021.

Like Max, Jarvis was part of the Storm U16 squad that completed the National Cup and Playoff double, winning two National Titles in the same season.

Since leaving the programme, Jarvis has been studying at the University of Hertfordshire and competing for Hemel Storm in the BCB.

Five years on, great to have him back as part of our Sussex Storm Select squad.

Owen Ono joins our Sussex Storm Select squad this Sunday.

Owen comes into the game off the back of two hugely successful seasons with the programme. In 2025, he helped our U18s to a National Title whilst also helping our D3 Men win the Playoff title.

This season he continued with the Men as they competed in D2, helping the team secure promotion to NBL Division 1 for the upcoming season.

Uganda international Tejan Rugette joins our Sussex Storm Select squad this Sunday.

A regular competing for Richmond Knights against Storm through the junior age groups up until U14, Tejan then headed to the States to continue his development.

Still only 18, the 6’3 guard is currently at Lee Academy and has already represented Uganda at senior level, including at the 2025 FIBA AfroBasket, having previously led the entire U16 AfroBasket in scoring at 26.6 points per game.

Great Britain international Jordan Williams joins our Sussex Storm Select squad this Sunday.

The 6’8 forward has built an extensive professional career across Europe, with stops in Belgium, Germany, Hungary, France, Cyprus, Romania and Iceland, alongside representing GB at senior level in FIBA World Cup Qualifiers.

Jordan spent last season with the London Lions, helping them to a dominant year and a clean sweep of the domestic titles.

Welcome back Max Gausden.

Max returns to a Storm jersey for the first time since 2021, when he played his third year at HTS alongside our D3 Men.

A Storm junior, Max was part of the U16 squad that completed the National Cup and Playoff double, winning two National Titles in the same season.

Five years on, he returns to suit up for our Sussex Storm Select squad as we take on NCAA D2 Michigan Tech this Sunday at K2 Crawley.

Finally in a Storm shirt!

Hafeez Abdul suits up for our Sussex Storm Select squad this Sunday, having already played a huge part in the programme off the court by helping launch our West National League pathway last season.

Currently playing for the Newcastle Knights in the BCB, Hafeez has also represented Great Britain in 3x3, helping GB qualify for their first ever FIBA 3x3 Europe Cup before going on to compete at the 2025 World Cup.

The forward is also co-owner of Sussex Jam and has played a major role in growing the game locally.

From helping build our pathway to finally pulling on the Storm jersey and returning to play in Sussex. Great to have Hafeez with us on Sunday!

Blaize Sagna suits up for the programme for the first time since winning the U16 National Title back in 2017.

Blaize, who hails from Brighton returns with our Sussex Storm Select squad as we take on NCAA D2 Michigan Tech this Sunday at K2 Crawley.

He’s just finished his final year at Southeast Missouri State and has signed his first pro deal with Bisbal Bàsquet in Spain for 2026/27.

From Sussex to the NCAA and now the pro game. Great to have him in a Storm jersey before he heads to Spain.
