*** 🥊BOXERCISE CHAMPIONS CUMBERNAULD GO THE DISTANCE IN LATEST GRADING 🥊 ***

Boxercise Champions - Cumbernauld - the ONLY Champions School in Scotland, celebrated another major achievement tonight , with another batch of gradings proudly across the line.
Tonight I issued certificates for Level 2, Level 3 and for those who've been attending since we launched in January, Level 4 and accompanying medals. 🏅. And everyone else is progressing well, on course for their next grading.

For this hardworking group, these Boxercise drills, moves and routines take practice, attention, recognising mistakes and missteps and correcting them, participation in the Corner Chats, and helping team mates. And this group delivers. All in a fun, inclusive environment, where my Champions get to flourish.

And what better way to celebrate their success than with these exquisite cupcakes, created by All In Fitness stalwart Shona 😋🧁

*** BOXERCISE CHAMPIONS - SEPTEMBER PLANS ***

Hi Champions,

We've a busy month ahead at Boxercise Champions - Cumbernauld !

Here's what September has in store.

🥊 Gradings - the current crop of Champions are heading for Bronze levels 1,2,3 & 4 certificates. I plan to have the entire group assessed and with shiny new certificates on or before Sep 21. (And if you're heading for L4, it's medal time! 🏅

🥊 Having fun with what's already been learned. Full on Boxercise session with the existing knowledge put to the test.

🥊 Corner Chats - Anti bullying.
The Scottish Government's Anti Bullying Service, RespectMe, will hopefully be joining us later in September, offering a few mins on the work they do.

So we'll be ready to take on all of this, in Cornerstone House, from 4pm on Mondays.

*** 🥊 BOXERCISE CHAMPIONS CUMBERNAULD CONTINUE TO GO THE DISTANCE 🥊***

Since launching late Jan 2026, and STILL proudly the only Boxercise Champions - school in Scotland - it's been amazing seeing our Champion thrive, grow in confidence, get involved in the interactive life lessons and social values "Corner Chats", whilst learning Boxercise moves, including
🥊 Punches,
🥊 Pad holding positions,
🥊 footwork
🥊 Defensive, evasive moves and blocks .. blended with fun games and group activities.
... And all of this along a structured, graded pathway as each level is assessed and attained.

Right now I've got Champions working towards their 2nd, 3rd and 4th certificates , but there's always time in each session for fun.
Pool noodles. Dodgeball.... Maybe a cargo net?

*** BOXERCISE CHAMPIONS - IN YOUR CORNER ***

The Champions return tomorrow, Monday August 10th at Cornerstone House, from 4.15pm.

All my Champions will be working towards their next, or 1st grading, with some of the group aiming for their 4th certificate and 1st medal as they learn the technical aspects of Boxercise in line with where they are on their grading pathways .

The unique feature of Boxercise Champions is the structured "Corner Chats". A safe, interactive space in the session to cover topics such as Focus, Kindness, Healthy Habits.
When everyone is back, we'll be taking on the next block of corner chats, Champions" Choices & anti bullying.

A great time to get involved with this important and sensitive subject with the new academic year right around the corner.

*** CHAMPIONS RETURN MON 3 AUG ***

Looking forward to welcoming our Champions back to continue on their grading pathway.

Boxercise Champions - Cumbernauld delivers structured, weekly sessions to children teaching Boxercise skills, drills and technique, as well as weekly " Corner Chats " an interactive segment covering life skills & social values. We're currently barking on the anti bullying block.
There's a grading pathway, with certificates roughly every 6-8 across multi stage bronze, silver and gold levels.

*** BOXERCISE CHAMPIONS RETURNS JULY 27 ***

We've been on right through the summer, with the exception of last Monday due to venue closure; but with some of my pioneering Champions on holiday in recent weeks, hopefully we're back to full strength from tomorrow.

We've also got a clutch of new champions to welcome, then plan for gradings, get some recent graders onto their next level of tuition.

It's all happening!

*** BOXERCISE CHAMPIONS HAVING A WELL EARNED REST DAY ***

With Monday 20th July being a local public holiday, our venue is closed so Boxercise Champions - Cumbernauld is rested for 1 day only.

We have been on right across the holidays, and tomorrow aside, we'll continue to be.
Why?
Because there is work to continue, new Champions to welcome, gradings, certificates and finally, MEDALS to work towards so let's get to work!
Our next block of 'Corner Chats' are all about Champions' Choices & Boxercise's strong Anti bullying message.

After a successful grading last Monday , the ground breaking , pioneering Champions who earned their latest Certificates are absolutely ready for what's next .

Our weekly "Corner Chats " provide a safe space for the Champions to interact , learn, contribute and grow in an inclusive environment , covering life lessons and social value topics such as Focus , Listening, Kindness and our next incoming block covers Boxercise's strong anti bullying message, blended with "Champions Choices" - can't wait to share this with this wonderful group.

*** DID SOMEONE SAY GRADINGS?? ***

This of course, may be spread over a couple of weeks given the time of year, but my ground breaking, trail blazing Boxercise Champions - Cumbernauld are just about ready for their grading.

Shiny new certificates for Bronze level 1, Bronze level 2 and for those that joined from the start, Bronze level 3 all up for grabs.

We're also entering a very important block of in -session "Corner Chats" - delivering, and inviting interaction on Boxercise's strong anti bullying message .

We'll be in your corner from 4-6pm , Mondays, Cornerstone House, Cumbernauld. (Venue closed July 20)
