Great win tonight for the final game of the winter season!

Was such a great game to watch and so proud of the whole squad this season. We played some lovely string netball, amazing interceptions, great control of the ball and work rate was great from everyone!

Big well done to the entire big squad this season! We have welcomes 2 juniors plus multiple new players, some of which are very new to district level netball!

Can’t wait to see what we bring next season 🙌🏼

When you play top of the league you expect doubt but this week we all went into it and gave 100%

We had great movement down the court, and some brilliant interceptions from the defence.

Alot of the calls weren’t in our favour but we kept our cool and carried on.

Not even disappointed with the final out come as every single one of you played amazingly.

A tough game but so enjoyable and everyone played to full strength and showed what they can do.

Defence was absolutely on fire some good interceptions and getting the ball back down the court.
Getting those loose balls and fighting for every pass.

Playing against this team was going to be tough but it did not phase any of us at all. To only lose by 3 and pull it back in the last quarter shows the deteriwe all have.

What a game, going in knowing that we were playing top of the league didn’t phase us and even switched up positions to see if players had other strengths than what they were used to and wow we have a couple of versatile players.

We didn’t have a C so we shared the position out and wow it really does test fitness levels but it also shows how much a C does and makes you appreciate them!!

The vocality on the court worked well and showed people’s confidence growing which is great to see.
A few areas need improving but it’s something we can work on.

Hotshots Sapphire’s worked incredibly hard to come away with another win tonight.
It was nail bitingly close at the end, but we kept our cool and all worked tirelessly together to get the job done.

This season we’ve welcomed new players into the squad and watched them and our juniors thrive on court. Being able to switch up positions on court between our players has allowed us to grow into such a strong team all across the court.
Players switching from attack, to mid court and then into defence has worked wonders for us.

Every player has given it their all on court in every game and we couldn’t be prouder of this lovely bunch of girls. Week in and week out we turn up, support each other and work so well together on court.
No drama, no animosity.
It’s lovely to be part of such a fantastic bunch of women who help each other to shine.

Looking forward to the summer season to keep building our fantastic team.

Final game of the season and the team really dug deep to get the win tonight! 💪 A brilliant way to finish the winter season.

It’s been such a positive season for the team with so much growth across the court. There’s loads to be proud of, plenty to take forward, and still lots we’re excited to keep working on as a squad. We can’t wait to build on this and get started with the summer season.

Now it’s time for a short pause to rest and recover before we get ready for the summer season. Excited to see what next season brings! 💙
