._ won the overall today 🏆
Seriously. after the shoot Kate said she feels like her true self again. Now if that isn’t an overall win I don’t know what is.
It’s been incredible helping this beautiful person find the love for training, life and herself again. We originally set out to get Kate back on stage this year
But it came quite clear Kate had lost her sight a little like always zoomed in on show being the only goal and only meaningful thing she could do that her loving training connects too
But we zoomed out and looked at all other aspects of her amazing life and what she enjoyed and after a short time focusing our goal on just having fun with training being a little more relaxed with weekends but still giving things 90%
Life has been more vibrant and fun whilst still making progress
Today’s shoot reminded me just how much I love this part too. And just how much fun they are. Highly recommend Yannis Chasomeris too

10 weeks post show
184 -> 196
Things been moving well. Not perfect but pretty dam good. This reverse has been our best yet and with how we are looking. We are both happy.
Diet break next week to enjoy some much needed down time with his other half then get back blood work and then it’s grow time.
Stage time will be here before we know it. Whether that be 2027 or 2028.

A lagging body part is normally the one trained wrong or trained less.
Frequency and ex*****on are nearly always the problem.
Quads need more focus yet you’re only hitting legs once a week with around 6 sets total.
Chest needs more focus yet when I review your ex*****on it’s clear your shoulders are taking over.
Back needs more focus yet you’re training it once a week and everything is upper back focused when it’s your lats that actually need the work.
My approach is always the same:
1️⃣ Review and fix form
2️⃣ Address intensity
3️⃣ Increase frequency if needed
Most people go through the motions because it’s easier to blame the body part or genetics rather than address what’s actually wrong with their ex*****on.
If you’re training a weak body part correctly and it’s still not growing. likely that one session a week isn’t enough and you need to restructure so you can attack it more frequently across the week.
You know it makes sense

I can’t wait to see this amazing woman step on stage in her first timers show.
Really proud of Steph and how far she has come and we have already discussed the next 12-24 months and what we wanna achieve 👀
It was great to get the chance to train with Steph alongside and have Belle go over her experiences of competing and also share knowledge in the gym. You Tube coming soon
