Some recent photos from our first 3 weekend of games… but more importantly spot the new kit! We are absolutely in love with the new kits, and reckon they’re clearly good luck charms with our recent run of winning results!

Team Hightlight of the Week - Women's 2s - 26th September '26 - Week Two

Rounding off our posts about the weekend's games are the Women's 2s under the captaincy of Poppy Baxter.

2-0 up in 7 minutes... an absolute dream start for Derby!

Ashbourne managed to pull one back almost immediately, but what followed was an absolute defensive masterclass to secure the 2-1 win and bring all three points home! 🧱

Team Hightlight of the Week - Men's 1s - 26th September '26 - Week Two

The first of our two match highlights this week, starting off with Jack Harris, captain of our Men's 1s.

They bettered their 8-1 opening win with a 15-0 demolition of their opponents this week.

But it's not just the oppo hoping that these boys slow down. The social media team have been working overtime trying to fit all these goalscorers into a single graphics template... 📱🪦

And to quote the Men’s 3s captain: "You guys are ruining Fantasy Hockey for everyone. Pack it in!" 😭

26th September '26 Results - Week Two

Still got that momentum! 6 games, 4 wins & 26 goals scored!

Men's 4s doing what they do with another decisive victory, and first wins of the season for Women's 2s & Men's 3s.

But the talk of this week was whatever happened down in Leamington. 1 poker & 2 hattricks to round out a 15-0 storming for the Men's 1s!!!

26th September ‘26 Fixtures - Week Two

6 wins secured last week. Women's 3s have already bagged their win this week without a ball being pushed. Let's see if all of our other squads can bring it home!!!

And in place of the Women's 3s & 4s not having a league game this week, there will be an inter-club friendly between the two. 10:00am pb @ St Benedicts School 💙

Team highlight of the week - Women’s 3s - 19th September ‘26 - Week One

With new captain Gemma O’keefe at the wheel, our ladies 3s saw an absolutely dominant 7-0 win over Barton 2s to start their season at the weekend, keeping a cleansheet and witnessing a hat-trick and 2 braces! An absolutely stellar performance and we can’t wait to see how they get on for the upcoming weeks! Well done girls!

Our first set of games this season and we have come out with a BANG! 6 wins, a draw and a narrow loss is a phenomenal start! With a 7-0 and 2 different 8-1 games, we couldn’t ask for much more from the teams this week! We also saw 5 hatricks and 4 braces, with a total combined goal tally of 31 goals! 💙🤍

The moment we’ve all been waiting for… a return to the hockey season with gameweek 1! After a month of preseason training as we’ve cleaned off the summer hockey stick rust we finally return to the field this weekend.
