I’m excited to share something I’ve been working on for a while: The Explore Approach.

I’m currently a trainee, in the third year of a four-year UKCP accredited training as an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, aiming to qualify as a Psychotherapist at the end of year four.

Having completed a year-long clinical placement - I’m now at the stage where I can begin building my own private practice, alongside my studies, under regular clinical supervision.

My diary is now open to new clients and while I’m completing my training, I’m offering sessions at a reduced rate.

I’d really appreciate any likes, follows, shares- any kind of support as I get going! Thank you 🙏
