It has never been easier to help out grassroots rugby clubs. It takes a fraction of a second to like and share content on social media. A few more seconds to post a positive comment. Even better? It doesn't cost you anything, but it matters a great deal to community clubs.

Fantastic last touch session couldn’t have asked for better weather, and an early birthday surprise for Zak. It’s officially his birthday next week but since he’s been to every touch session so we made an exception as we have our pre-season players meeting next Tuesday.
