ONE WEEK TO GO!

We can’t wait to welcome a brand-new team of beginners onto the mats for the very first time next week!

But it’s about more than just learning Jiu Jitsu.

Improve your fitness and overall health
Build confidence, discipline and resilience
Develop real, practical skills
Become part of a supportive community of like-minded people
Build a strong foundation to continue developing your game

Whether you’ve never stepped on a mat before or you’re completely new to Jiu Jitsu, this is your starting point.

Over the next 8 weeks, our structured beginner curriculum will give you a solid foundation in Jiu Jitsu — building your understanding, confidence and skills from the ground up.

Comment or DM “BEGINNER” to find out more and secure your place on 5th October!

The focus, attention to detail and work ethic across our students continues to improve every session. We’re building a generation of hard-working, focused and well-rounded grapplers who take pride in their development.

Keep showing up. Keep up the hard work. Keep improving.
