Something NEW and EXCITING is coming to The Lottbridge Golf Club — and we'd love your input before we start.

Movement Class for Golfers with Sarah Spencer of The Movement Clinic, helping you move better, swing freer, and protect your body, so you can keep playing the game you love for years to come.

As the owner, Ray cares about his members and has recognised just how important this kind of work is for keeping you fit, healthy and on the course for longer — which is why he's keen to bring it to you.

Sarah will be at the club for an informal chat to gauge interest, answer your questions, and shape the class around what matters to you. Your thoughts will help us get it right:

• Ladies' meeting — Thursday 17 September

Pop by at 8.00am before you tee off.

To register your interest, call or text Sarah on 07746 095 996. We'd love to see you there and hear what you think!

Hey everyone,
I am looking forward to meeting you all to have a chat with both myself and Ray regarding the potential of setting up a regular Movement For Golfers class, at your golf club. The plan is set for the following dates;
🗓️ Tuesday 7th July — 7.30am & 1.30pm (Men's Meeting)
🗓️ Thursday 9th July — 7.30am & 1.30pm (Ladies' Meeting)
Got questions before then? Please reach out anytime. I have already heard from a few of you. It is lovely to know that you are all keen to make this happen and are curious.
Sarah.
