The votes are in folks.. 🗳️

Student of the Year: Lily

At the start of the academic year Lily asked for the opportunity to keep her university club going and revive it. Through her determination she has done a truly tremendous job and is now President of a thriving Napier University Club 🎉
A phenomenal effort and contribution to the region. Love to see it!

Club of the Year: Napier University Jiu Jitsu Club

Through the work of Lily, fellow committee members and Napiers Lead Instructor, Sensei Atif Napier has flourished into a happy and healthy club. With a cultivated welcoming environment it has gained, retained and boosted its members, making both new friends and training partners. 🥳

Instructor of the Year: Sensei Helen

Sensei Helen, single handedly opened and runs the now thriving Edinburgh City Jiu Jitsu Club 🇯🇵
From business, market research, making emails and link-trees, poster and flyering miles of Edinburgh, logo design(that’s all 3 Edi club logos now!) and social media campaigns; To regional events, community outreach, self-defence classes, primary school visits and blood drives.
