Last Saturday (Feb 28th) we had the honour of hosting an incredible seminar with the legendary Braulio Estima.
It is always a privilege to welcome world champions to our mats. Athletes at this level carry not only titles, but a lifetime of knowledge, experience, and passion for Jiu-Jitsu and there is always so much to learn from them.
Thank you, Braulio, for sharing your wisdom with our team and for inspiring everyone who stepped on the mats that day.

Last night we celebrated the birthday of our wonderful Sofie, the dedication of our lovely student and substitute instructor Trista, who continues to show such talent and generosity in sharing her knowledge, and three amazing young women who started their journey in our kids classes and now proudly train in the adult class.

Watching them grow on and off the mats fills us with pride and gratitude.

This is what our academy is about growth, support, friendship, and a community that lifts each other up.
