If you want to have fun and get fit at the same time then come along and join me in dancing your way to fitness in a friendly atmosphere and leaving on a natural high - a massive feel good factor class where you can shake your shimmy and just smile! We start with a simple warm-up routine, then work up to a sweat dancing to club classics. The routines are easy-to-follow and always have a high or low impact option. Please wear trainers and sportswear - the brighter the better and please make sure you have some water to hand as you will need it! Lastly due to using laser lights and disco lights, if you suffer from epilepsy of any form then this class would not be suitable for you.
