❤️ A little food for thought...
Every time you choose to attend a class with a self-employed fitness instructor, you’re doing far more than squeezing in a workout.
You’re helping someone continue doing what they love. You’re investing in a local business, supporting a dream that has been built through passion, dedication and countless hours behind the scenes that most people never see.
Many people assume fitness instructors are simply there for the hour they teach, but that’s only a small part of what we do. There are classes to plan, music to prepare, qualifications to maintain, insurance, marketing, admin, equipment, venue hire and so much more. It’s a lifestyle, not just a timetable.
So if you have a favourite instructor, keep showing up when you can. Tell your friends about their classes. Leave them a review. Share one of their posts. Celebrate their wins. Those simple acts of support often make a much bigger difference than you realise.
And if life gets busy and you haven’t been for a while, don’t think you’ve left it too long. Your instructor will be delighted to see you whenever you’re ready to walk back through the door.
Self-employed fitness professionals don’t just build stronger bodies… we build communities, friendships and places where people can laugh, move and forget about life’s pressures for a while.
To everyone who supports local instructors, thank you. You’re not just helping a business grow, you’re supporting an instructor who is helping their community and bringing energy, confidence and happiness into their lives. ❤️✨

Ok guys! The colder nights are coming in and it won’t be long until we are disco lighting again.
I haven’t seen some of you for a while and it’s not the same without you all dancing with me.
Let’s break that habit of maybe next week and let’s have some fun!
Who’s coming on Monday? Wednesday?

Who’s in this week?
Classes have been slightly low on numbers over the summer most likely due to the nice weather, So I was hoping to get an idea who is planning to return over the next few weeks
Much love, Nat x
