A little reminder for anyone having a tough start to the month …

The people whose success stories you see in this group aren’t successful because they’ve had perfect weeks every week.

They’re successful because they didn’t quit when life got hard.

They’ve had stressful weeks.
They’ve had holidays.
They’ve had sick kids.
They’ve had busy jobs.
They’ve had family problems.
They’ve had weeks where motivation disappeared.

The difference?

They kept chipping away.

Even on the off weeks, they still did something.
A workout instead of five.
A walk instead of a workout.
One good meal instead of giving up completely.

Progress isn’t made by being perfect. It’s made by consistently getting back up and carrying on.

So if this week hasn’t gone to plan, don’t throw the towel in.

Keep showing up.
Keep doing what you can.
Keep chipping away.

FYI- Keeping a food diary is one of the best ways to review the foods you are consuming over the week, often people forget what they have consumed and those added extras really make a difference if you are aiming to eat in a calorie deficit.

Often people underestimate what they eat and over estimate how much they exercise. Your calorie deficit should be something thats not too restrictive, a small deficit thats manageable is better than a strict one that you cant even manage a week.

Reminder fat loss can also show as the body changes shape, but wont always show on the scales. This is usually when you re maintaining your calories (staying the same )but losing body fat. This is why it's important to go off clothes and inches NOT JUST THE SAD STEP.
