Every year, we take on Murph, a workout created to honour Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all those who’ve served.

Traditionally:
🏃 1 mile run
💪 100 pull-ups
🔥 200 push-ups
🦵 300 squats
🏃 1 mile run

But Murph is about more than the reps. It’s about challenge, community, and showing up together.

And yes, it can absolutely be scaled or partitioned.
✔️ Half Murph
✔️ Team/partner Murph
✔️ Ring rows instead of pull-ups
✔️ Reduced reps or modified movements

Whether you’re going all in or just joining for the atmosphere, come be part of it. Push yourself, support others, and have some fun with the community 👊
