Every year, we take on Murph, a workout created to honour Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all those who’ve served.
Traditionally:
🏃 1 mile run
💪 100 pull-ups
🔥 200 push-ups
🦵 300 squats
🏃 1 mile run
But Murph is about more than the reps. It’s about challenge, community, and showing up together.
And yes, it can absolutely be scaled or partitioned.
