Would you try this?? Ben tried to get us on it but we haven’t plucked up the courage yet 😂 I guess that’s what it feels like walking into the gym for the first time… terrifying.

We all have to start somewhere 🤷‍♂️ I don’t think it gets much cooler than this though 😎

“But why don’t you guys stretch?” 👀

It’s a fair question.

We’re not anti-stretching. We just don’t believe that being more flexible should automatically be the goal.

If you lack the mobility needed to perform a movement well, then yes we’ll work on it. Also doing strength movements with full range helps flexibility at the same time.

If you’ve got 50 minutes to train, we’d rather spend more of that time building strength, muscle, bone density, control and physical capacity.

Because our goal isn’t to make you as flexible as possible.

It’s to make you strong, capable and resilient for as long as possible.

More flexibility isn’t the goal. More capability is.

A gym can have all the latest equipment, the best facilities and the lowest monthly price.

But none of that matters if you don’t enjoy being there.

Because getting results isn’t really about having access to a gym.

It’s about having the right environment to keep showing up.

Knowing what to do.
Feeling comfortable.
Being coached.
Having people around you who support you.

Thats often where the value lies.
