Abigail. Anatomy Challenge Winner. Menace with a kettlebell.
12 weeks ago. That’s all it took.
Chin Ups: 0 to 5.
Turkish Get Up: bodyweight to 20kg.
Front Squat: 40kg for 5 reps. Casually.
We’re not saying she could take us in a fight. We’re just saying we wouldn’t test it.
None of this happened by accident. Three Small Group sessions a week, 12 weeks straight, and a coaching team that gently, sometimes not so gently, encouraged her to lift heavier or go for one more rep.
Abigail showed up. Every session, every rep, even the weeks that felt slow. That’s the whole story, honestly. No shortcuts, no fad, no “new year new me” nonsense. Just her, doing the work.
Massive congratulations Abigail, an absolute standout from start to finish. Certified legend status. 🏆
Huge thanks to Homedics UK for backing The Anatomy Challenge and helping us track this properly. Accurate progress, real accountability, real results.

It was great to welcome the lads from for a private pre-season conditioning session. 💪
A chance to show them what Anatomy is all about while helping them prepare for the season ahead.
They brought the energy. We brought the coaching.
Best of luck to all the boys this season – we’ll be cheering you on. ⚽️🔥

Little throwback to the Exmouth Wellness Festival a couple weekends ago. Thank you to Nicole for organising it all and the events people who made it so amazing.
We had a great time showing people the joy of training with Kettlebells. Turns out the beach and kettlebells really go together! ☀️

The scales matter.
Not because your body weight is the only thing that matters, but because good data gives good feedback.
That’s why we use the Homedics body composition scales at Anatomy. They don’t just tell us your weight. They give us information on:
Body fat percentage
Muscle mass
Visceral fat
Body water
Metabolic age
And more
The scales don’t tell us whether you’ve had a good week or a bad week. They don’t tell us your worth. They simply give us information.
When combined with progress photos, measurements, strength improvements, energy levels, and how your clothes fit, they help us build a much clearer picture of what’s actually happening.
Sometimes the scales go down.
Sometimes they stay the same.
Sometimes they even go up.
But when we have the full picture, we can make better decisions and stay focused on what really matters: long-term progress.
Data isn’t something to fear.
It’s something to learn from.
