Don't worry - this isn't a photo post saying how much our members enjoy being at U7 and that you should all join.
Oh no, this is not that post.
We're just a little worried that Hannah is enjoying the Kickboxing class on Sundays a little too much; and so this post is here to serve as a warning to you all.
Hannah has recently discovered how to kick and punch (taught from a pro - Mim Grubb) - and she looks a mix of excited, shocked, and happy. This makes us nervous.
Hannah aside - the new Kickboxing class has had a great uptake and it's so good to see everyone getting stuck into something new!
So if you fancy feeling a little bit lethal and chuffed with yourself, just like Hannah was this past Sunday, probably book yourself onto our Kickboxing class that starts at 09:00.
When it comes to Hannah though, we're genuinely unsure what she's going to do with her newly found skills, and so it's probably best for everyone to keep their distance until she calms down and hopefully chooses peace again.✌️

We found ourselves back down at the Exmouth Beach Rugby Festival over the weekend for what was an absolute scorcher of a tournament! 🔥
Whether it's Jay losing his lungs after 20-seconds of game play, Handford chasing shadows and getting turned inside out whenever he gets near the ball, or Dave dropping everything every time he's near anything; it's no surprise that we seem to get worse at playing every year.
And you know what? Truth be told, we aren't really there for the rugby (although some of us get a bit competitive and might be).
We use this tournament as a yearly event to get the crew together, let our hair down, and just enjoy being in each others company away from the gym. This has been our 5th time now attending a Beach Rugby event, and its now a staple to our social calendar.
Thanks to everyone that came down and hung out with us throughout the day, and to the organisers - another great day was had!
