Starting next week for new mummies & babies 🩷🩵

The postnatal period can be just as physically and mentally demanding (if not more) as the prenatal stage.

Your body needs to recover from the demands of childbirth, whilst getting to know your beautiful baby, and navigating new routines, it is difficult Mumma (sending a loving power up hug- you got this)

Taking some time for you and moving your body in the correct way can be very rewarding.

There is clear evidence of the benefits it postnatal exercise, here are a few:

✨ faster postnatal recovery
✨ reduced risk of postnatal depression
✨ increase abdominal strength
✨ help relieve stress

That’s why I am so passionate about supporting Mummy’s in their return to exercise, with little ones in tow ❤️

Come and join me for 6 weeks or postnatal exercise, varying from strength work, walks, Pilates and time with other Mums ❤️

Each session will include a 5 min relaxation to reset your body and mind!
