University of Exeter Sport Delivering excellence in sport, providing opportunities for the community, staff and students 💚

Serving the students and staff at the University and the local population, the sports facilities are superb with many opportunities to get involved. Links to National Governing Bodies of Sport have provided new facilities and services for example: Exeter Tennis Centre and the Sir Christopher Ondaatje Devon Cricket Centre. The Athletic Union manage the student sports clubs with great success, currently ranked 5th in BUCS. We have one of the best Sports Scholarships schemes in the country producing athletes of National standard every year. Our facilities include: double sports hall, a 200 station gym, exercise studios, squash courts, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, indoor cricket centre, 4 all weather outdoor pitches, grass pitches for football, rugby and cricket as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools. We also cater for national and international sports tours, tournaments and events, school bookings as well as working with Event Exeter at the University to provide some of the best conferences. Tennis lessons for all ages, cricket coaching, fitness classes, personal training, coaching camps, coach education courses, swimming lessons for children and much much more.

🚧 Stocker Road works

Essential water maintenance works will take place on Stocker Road, leading to the Sports Park, from Tuesday 1 September for around two weeks.

During the works:
🚦 Temporary traffic lights will be in place
🚶 Pedestrian routes will be diverted
🚫 No parking will be available on Stocker Road

Please follow diversions, take care in the area and allow extra time for your journey.

There may also be a short road closure for resurfacing. Further updates will follow.

University of Exeter Sport is looking for qualified Spin Instructors to join our Fitness Class team. With regular classes and cover opportunities available, you'll help deliver high-energy sessions to our students, staff and local community.

You'll need: 🚴 Level 2 Indoor Cycling/Spin Instructor qualification (or equivalent) ✅ Right to work in the UK
