Kerrie recently signed up to Valhalla Strength Coaching looking to get stronger, clean up technique and improve mobility.

Yesterday we decided to run strength tests after 8 weeks of work, and in the process she set 3 unofficial gym records(!!!).
Here are the results:

ππ„π…πŽπ‘π„ 𝐕𝐒𝐂:
Squat - 70kg
Bench - 45kg
Deadlift - 100kg
Total - 215kg

A great client who is always willing to listen and apply the advice, has thus reaped the rewards!
As you can see in the second picture, it's also very clear to see the gains that have been made in technique and mobility.
We are looking forward to see what she can bring to this year's Valhalla Classic, and hopefully get those records all made official!
