Touch rugby is a fast-paced and fun way to meet new people and learn new skills. Our team is made up of people aged 20-60, many joining without any prior experience.

If you’re thinking about starting touch rugby, just do it!!

Our beginner nugget sessions run once a month. We run through the basic rules, some drills and then play a game at the end.
